Built around the 3000A — the first fully redundant drag race timing system in the world. Hardwired ethernet down the track and a wireless controller, running together.
Every other timing system on a strip has one data path. The 3000A XL has two — ethernet hardwired the length of the track, and a wireless controller running alongside it. Both are live at once. Neither is a spare you switch over to after something has already gone wrong.
That is what makes it the first fully redundant drag race timing system in the world, and it changes what a fault costs. A cut cable, a damaged run, a wireless path that goes marginal in front of a packed grandstand and a broadcast window — none of it stops the round.
The 3844AW ELITE Multi Link module carries the wireless half of that path, with enhanced speed and ET measurement across multiple links. The rest is the full sanctioned build: tri-beam starting line, every split from 60ft to the finish, 3040A reflector-based detection, and RA Command Drag running the tower.
Scoreboards go to the 6410EW — dual line, two displays per lane, 24in digits with the wireless data link built in. Two lines per lane means ET and dial-in stay on screen together rather than toggling, which is what a professional field and a broadcast camera both want.

Two live data paths, not one path plus a spare. Ethernet runs hardwired down the track and the wireless controller runs at the same time, so losing either one doesn't stop the event. On a system with a single path — which is every other drag timing system — a cut cable or a marginal wireless link holds up the round until someone fixes it.

This runs the 3000A with redundant ethernet and wireless plus the 3844AW ELITE module, and steps the boards up to the 6410EW — dual line, two displays per lane, so ET and dial-in show together instead of toggling. Starting line, splits, detection, and software are the same.
