Description
Puts the infrared emitter and the track sensor in a single unit on one side of the lane, bouncing the beam off a passive reflector on the opposite side. Only the reflector crosses to the far side of the track.
That removes a powered device from the other side of every beam position — nothing to charge, nothing to align across the lane, and half as many units to set out and pack up at each split.
